Sales Director Narrow Web DACH & Branch Manager for two sites (f/m/div.)

Key Tasks:
responsible for the Narrow Web business in DACH & Balkans, coordination of sales, customer service, technical service (incl. local blending), logistic activities in Germany & Switzerland, developing profitable sales and market penetration in the region
develop a segment and market strategy for the region in order to generate profitable growth, new business and / or to retain customers and maximize sales & profit
operative responsibility and acting as managing director for two sites
plan, direct and implement the sales activities by executing the agreed market strategy, leading the Sales and Technical team and achieving KPI objectives
establish, develop and implement the sales activities by executing the agreed market strategy, leading the Sales and Technical team and achieving KPI objectives
establish, develop and maintain first class and lasting relationships with existing and new key customers and strategic accounts
market launch of expanded and improved service offerings
manage, develop and reinforce the Sales and Technical regional team organization and activities, prioritizing, planning and assigning the work of the team, establishing goals, monitoring performance, from product-oriented to a solution-oriented value-based approach
successful contribution to the sales operations planning process
collaborate with global functional leaders to execute regional plans successfully and contribute to the deployment of the global strategy through local contribution
Education / Experience:
University degree in business administration or similar education
solid background in packaging or related industries - process industry, B2B, specialty, value and solution selling
proven track record in Sales Leadership roles
managerial responsibility

ability to communicate with customers at senior and middle management level and to negotiate with CEO level contacts at the customer base and lead buyers of large groups
strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
