Sales Administrator (f/m/div.) French and English

Our client is Södra Cell - one of the leading producers of market pulp in the world. This position is based in their Munich city center office. 

Key Tasks:
  • in the internal sales team act as a direct contact for assigned customers
  • responsible processing and follow-up of sales tasks for the assigned customers and their plants
  • active support of the Sales Directors in their individual customer support
  • independently create monthly financial statements and forecasts
  • coordination and administration of the Supply Chain in close cooperation with production and logistics in Sweden
  • weekly warehouse-planning and data maintenance of internal and customer stocks 
  • matching of quantities actually delivered against framework contracts
  • invoicing including follow-up
Education / Experience:
  • commercial apprenticeship, ideally with relevant further education
  • alternatively, degree in business management or comparable education
  • some years of relevant professional experiences in internal sales of a manufacturing company at industrial scale
  • experience in the pulp and paper industry, chemical or food industry is considered an advantage but not a must
  • experienced user of a common ERP system such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
