Sales Manager (f/m/x) Central Europe

Company:
International company active in the composites industry and the thermoplastic environment.  

Key Tasks:
  • negotiations with the respective customers in all commercial and technical details 
  • regularly research about market volume, competitors and relevant trends 
  • developing and implementation of strategies to secure the business and allow a profitable growth 
  • acquisition of new customers 
  • identification of new applications for the products being and to trigger development projects for new products/applications
  • development and revising of the production and sales forecast 
  • close cooperation with other sales-teams, the technical service, the internal sales and the product management
  • MS-Office Package proficient, SAP user level

Education / Experience:
  • commercial education with high technical understanding 
  • several years in respective sales position, preferably from technical textile businesses
  • product know-how and product competency in the field of nonwovens
Personal Characteristics:
  • very good communication and presentation skills
  • flexible personality, adaptive towards change
  • good cooperation on all levels at any time with internal and external business partners 
  • high level of self-responsible and self-motivated working style and planning of sales activities according to business needs
  • good interaction with other sales managers   
Languages:
  • German and English C-level spoken and written
