Our client is one of the leading producers of market pulp in the world and part of a large forest industry group.
Key Tasks:
Direct
contact person in internal sales for the customers assigned to them. Independent
processing and tracking of sales tasks for the selected customers and their
works
Active support of the "Sales Directors" in their individual
customer service
Independent preparation of monthly financial statements and
forecasts, coordination, and administration of the supply chain in close
cooperation with production and the logistics teams abroad
Weekly warehouse
planning and data maintenance of internal and customer inventories - SMI
Comparison of the
real delivery quantities with the framework contracts
Creating invoices
including tracking
Education / Experience:
Commercial
training in the area of sales - IHK further training desirable
Some years experience in internal sales within a manufacturing company in industrial scale
Trained in using a common ERP system, such as
SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
Experience in the paper and pulp industry or chemical
and food industry would be an advantage
Personal Characteristics:
Good communication skills, internally and externally,
especially when interacting with customers
Solution oriented way of thinking
and working with high flexibility and creativity, especially when dealing with
processes
Intercultural understanding and willingness to tolerate
Team player
Languages:
very good language skills in English (company language) and German
good knowledge of Italian is an advantage
