Technical Sales Representative (f/m/x) Czech Republic | BGH-Consulting GmbH

• Responsible for all service activities in the field of paper machine clothing and belts, support of sales engineers in their activities, direct contact with application technology 
• Carrying out and evaluating all necessary regular measurement activities (e.g. microwave, Feltperm, ScanPro, etc.) 
• Supporting and, if possible, carrying out special measurements (e.g. vibration measurements, thermography analyses, etc.) 
• Constant contact with customers and preparation and support for upcoming optimization measures  
• Carrying out troubleshooting measures 
• Supporting customers with tests and process optimizations 
• Ongoing customer service and customer support  
• Supporting the internal sales department with complaint management 
• Direct contact with the oganization (sales engineers, internal sales department, marketing and application technology) 

• Technical education or  technical University degree in engineering 
• Several years of experiences in operations in the paper industry, service- and/or technical sales 
• optional: experience in technical Service in PMC (MW / ScanPro, etc. ) 
• MS Office (mainly. Excel, Word und PowerPoint) ERP-Systems (SAP, etc.)  
• Affinity to paper-based measurement systems and interpretation of measurement and analysis values
