BGH-Consulting Christmas greetings 2021

Another year in which everything was different is coming to an end - we at BGH-Consulting send you all Merry Christmas greetings!

After 2020, in which not only for us at BGH-Consulting everything was different, plans changed and we had to learn to find togetherness even from a distance and separately, this year we already had routine in many things, but more than ever we would have wished it differently...

So, at the end of the year 2021, we met again in front of our screens for a virtual BGH-Consulting Christmas party and, despite all distance, spent a nice evening together - in which we were able to learn completely new and unexpected things about our colleagues ;o) ...

BGH Team Xmas 2021

We would like to thank all customers, business- and cooperation partners and candidates for the cooperation in the past year and wish everyone happy holidays! Stay healthy and have a good start into the new year!

We are looking forward to joint, exciting projects in 2022!

Your BGH-Consulting Team!

We would like to share the greeting words of our managing director Harald Heine with you and pass on his wishes to all our clients, candidates and partners:

Not another year like this!
2021: The big picture is coming apart at the seams, as everyone - inevitably - has to focus on something very small with a big impact ...
In this year, the only recently accustomed ease of being has given way to a justified always nourished fear, which to mitigate, demands great efforts from all!
However, this anxiety helps us to understand the ups and downs of Covid-protection measures as a consistent logic - if not a guarantee of safety.
We should come to terms with the fact that Covid remains a part of our lives - we will not overcome the virus, but we can probably control it with reason if we all - vaccinated - pull together.
The vast majority want this, everyone in BGH is in favor of it, our customers give us credit for our actions - we have seen a significant upturn in the market, but it remains complex. As far as we are concerned, we are seeing even less mobility - the increasingly accepted Home Office is again helpful, but not a 100% solution either.
We live with officially certified health and growing certainty.
It is written in Camus: 'A man is always the victim of his own truths.'

I mean, we have the chance to become heroes of our certainty and deeds!
That's where Advent comes in handy:
We enjoy the joy of the annual rebirth of the inner child, of hope, confidence, and strength for what can be done
In this sense we may experience Christmas - as the chance to enjoy what has a future, the opportunity for the joy of the new, exciting, challenging and as an occasion to concentrate on our own "true" values that are considered important.

Also on behalf of my colleagues, I thank you for your trust as the basis of successful teamwork and wish you and your families happy holidays!
Health, happy events in the coming year and time for your personal wishes!
