Bogner Gottschalk Heine
Bogner Gottschalk Heine GmbH, referred to in the following sections as "BGH-Consulting", looks forward to your visit to its job vacancies and your interest in submitting an application. The protection of your personal details is important to us because we want you to feel secure when visiting our job vacancies and during the subsequent application process. Below, we explain how we collect, process and use the personal data you submit in your application to BGH-Consulting.
When using the BGH-Consulting internet site, you will find basic information on data protection in the general data protection declaration in this document.
Collection, Processing and Use of Applicants' Data by BGH-Consulting for its Own Purposes
BGH-Consulting will collect, process and use the data you give solely for the application process. Please note that the job vacancies are operated by BGH-Consulting for its own purposes and also for the purposes of the companies contracted by BGH-Consulting.
Please note also that BGH-Consulting reserves the right to examine your suitability not only for the actual position you are applying for but for other positions as well. If we examine your suitability for another position and find you essentially suitable for it, we will contact you in order to continue this latter application process and arrange further steps with you in this process. We will not pass your sensitive personal data to third parties under any circumstances without your consent.
BGH-Consulting reserves the right to amend data in the system. Such amendments will be solely in order to correct spelling errors or update the contact data provided. Should you have any further alteration requests for your profile or your documents, we will update these further to your requests.
The Application Process
a) Entering Data
You can also apply directly for one of the jobs listed in the job vacancies section on our website by clicking on it. By selecting the link "Application Form", you will arrive at the data-entry form where you can enter your first and last name, your email address and other data of relevance for the application. You can supply your curriculum vitae and references etc. using the "Upload" function. We will not be able to see these data until you have sent in your application. Before sending in your application, you will first be required to accept our data protection rules; only then will you be able to send in your application (using the ""Send" button) or cancel the entire process (using the "Delete" button).
b) The Process
The data you send in will be used by the consultants/researchers at BGH-Consulting to examine your suitability for the position advertised. Based on the data obtained in the subsequent interview with you and the information from your curriculum vitae, we will prepare a candidate's profile. After receiving your consent, we will grant access to the candidate's profile (including attached appendices) for inspection to the person responsible for the position at our client's company. When the application process has been completed, this access will be restricted to the consultants/researchers again.
c) BGH-Consulting's Application Pool
After the regular application process has been completed and with your consent to our data protection rules, your application data – such as your applicant's profile, curriculum vitae and references – and your candidate's profile will remain in BGH-Consulting's application pool. Retention in our application pool is a prerequisite for enabling our consultants/researchers to check regularly whether your profile suits another vacancy. Where appropriate, they may request you to submit another application.
d) Speculative Applications
You can also submit speculative applications via our speculative applications site if none of the advertised positions fits your requirements. The process of entering your data and their further processing in the application process is similar to an application for an advertised position.
