Kai J. Pöhler is a leader with an excellent network in the paper and nonwovens industry with more than 25 years of experience in national and international business field development and product portfolio advancement.
In addition to his leadership experience at international level, as well as speaking presence at worldwide trade shows and conferences, colleges and universities, Kai Pöhler is active in several associations and federations in an honorary capacity. This includes the function of chairman of the board of the Vereinigte Papierfachverband München e.V. (VPM) with very good contacts to all paper universities in Germany. A major success of this activity is, among other things, the creation of the joint platform "Symposium of Paper Engineers" together with the paper associations from Darmstadt and Dresden. In addition, Kai Pöhler is also a board member of the Zellcheming association.

Christoph Lessig is a specialist when it comes to paper and pulp production, closely linked to topics in chemistry as well as biotechnology and environmental technology.

After studying process engineering in Munich, he initially worked for a company that manufactures special electrical engineering products. There, he together with his team optimized production methods.
When he moved to the chemical industry, his area of responsibility also changed. From then on, Christoph Lessig concentrated on sales, application technology, product management and marketing - always in close teamwork with his customers. It is precisely the interlock of chemistry and paper production and his profound knowledge of both industries that make him a valuable partner to the pulp and paper industry.

Sven Braun is an experienced HR strategist and People & Culture expert with a special focus on people, structures and developments. After completing his studies, he gained more than 15 years of experience in various management positions in Human Resources Management. As HR manager in medium-sized companies and corporations in the paper and packaging industry, he was responsible for personnel development, organizational changes, recruiting strategies and negotiations with works councils and trade unions, among other things. His projects included the implementation of state-of-the-art people and culture processes, post-merger integrations, the introduction of modern HR systems and the development of sustainable succession planning.

Since 2023, Sven Braun has been a Senior Consultant and Partner of our consultancy with a focus on executive search, HR consulting and cultural organizational development.
