Quality Manager (f/m/x) in Abu Dhabi

• establish a solid operational quality strategy for inspection, sampling techniques, quality control plans, or process control procedures that will ensure the production of finished products that meet quality specifications and standards to result in minimum/non (non-conformities)
• to be the focal point of ensuring customer, production, QMS, supplier, and cost requirements 
• implement all relevant procedures described in the QMS and ensure compliance
  

• degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering 
• several years of experience in automotive manufacturing as a Quality leader with OEM Tier1/2 
• Knowledge: Aluminum extrusion and AV processes (bending, CNC, robotized milling, etc. 
• proficient in MS Office  
• ERP Expertise (SAP is a must) 
• certified in ISO  9001,140001, VDA, PPAP, APQP, and Energy management, IATF 
• CQM (Certified Quality Manager)
• certified Product Safety 
• QMS expertise
  

• excellent communication skills 
• hands-on shop floor Quality experience as a leader 
• vast experience in quality inspection of all incoming and internally produced components
• strong demanding presence to influence decisions 
• performance-oriented and able to implement corrective actions to fulfill business demands
  
• willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi

• excellent communication skills written and spoken in English and German
